When all of the fire alarms went off due to a water leak he didn’t come and an electrician turned up 3 hours later. Withheld deposit at the end of the tenancy for a cleaning bill (even though the house was much cleaner than when we moved in) and an invoice for a leaking fridge even though it was his responsibility.
